At Lectric eBikes®, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your electric bike doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery provided the odometer shows fewer than 10 miles.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team via the online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping labels.
Pack with Care
Securely repackage your eBike in the original factory box using all protective foam and inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping labels to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the bike's condition and odometer reading, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
