Lectric eBikes are designed to be nearly ready to ride out of the box. Our folding models arrive fully assembled, while other models require minimal setup like attaching the front wheel and handlebars.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply to ensure the quality of our refurbished inventory.
What kind of warranty is included?
All new Lectric eBikes come with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty that covers the frame, motor, battery, and electrical components against manufacturing defects.
How far can I go on a single charge?
